Martin Jetco is approximately 50% Residential and 50% Commercial. We have worked on commercial jobs as small as a gas station or restaurant and as big as the new Lifetime Fitness Center in Ellisville, several strip malls, and the Sullivan Fire House just to name a few.We also do a great deal of landlord/tennant type work. We work with the landlord to get the most available service or installation work for the best price that they can afford on a rental property. We specialize in fire and water restoration. We work with many contractors to come in and repair or replace whatever is deemed necessary by the insurance companies and owners.We will get emergency heating, cooling, or hot water and then determine the best route to take to get the problem resolved as painlessly and effortlessly as possible for everyone involved.
